The Software Infrastructure and Computer System Department (SICS) within in ASML provides high quality software solutions that enable other ASML software departments to create products in an effective and efficient way. Data produced by the Twinscan systems becomes more and more valuable for ASML. This assignment focusses on the data communication within the Twinscan between producer (embedded system) and consumer (server). Your assignment will be to understand the current data communication and future data needs and to make an inventory of available 3rd party technologies that fit the need for internal data communications within the Twinscan system. You need to come up with a detailed analysis and provide advice direction. Eventually, you need to provide a Proof of Concept for one or more solution directions.
